Dr. Stephen Belmonte’s practice is built upon
RELATIONSHIPS with patients; we are not a “revolving door
clinic;” we take time to listen. The time reserved is for
you, for a one on one treatment experience.
The
next building block is EDUCATION. We believe an
individual needs to be informed before making choices. We use computer
imaging in order for the patient to see and understand clinical findings.
With computer transformation, the patient can see what they will look
like before the treatment process even begins!
We are committed to EXCELLENCE. We take the extra steps and use the
finest dental materials, laboratories, and technicians to ensure that
your dentistry will be trouble free for years with proper care and maintenance.
This attention to quality will prevent future dental needs and expenses.
This commitment to excellence also applies to your safety in our office.
With my wife Linda’s expertise (heads Infection Control Dept.
at Loudoun Hospital), the office exceeds the latest CDC guidelines for
infection control.

One Hour Power Whitening - our whitening system is one of the most effective techniques for whitening your teeth safely and quickly. The same system used on the TV show Extreme Makeover.

Metal-Free Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry - We use the finest, most
natural looking composite and porcelain materials for improved health
and appearance. These lab tested “bonded restorations” are
stronger than mercury-silver fillings, which can cause cracks in teeth
and lead to root canals and crowns. When metal is indicated only high
noble metal is used consisting of gold and platinum.

Experience
Comfortable Dentistry
We use the Compudent System, which features the “wand,”
a small handpiece that looks like a pen. This computerized system
allows for a virtually painless delivery of anesthetic in a very
comfortable, non-threatening manner. Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas)
is also available.

Cosmetic smile imaging - this advanced technology
gives you a glimpse into the future. It allows you to see for yourself
how you would look after cosmetic treatment.
We believe in the significance of each day as an opportunity to offer
our service to others. Our mission is to empower our patients to establish
a greater sense of value of health and wellness. You will always be
in the best of hands.
Briefly stated, our philosophy of practice is this:
We believe in treating each patient in our practice with dignity and
respect. We believe in building relationships with our patients, which
are based on mutual trust and respect. We believe in empowering our
patients with the knowledge and motivation necessary for keeping natural
teeth for a lifetime. We believe in designing and implementing an individual
treatment plan for each patient based on a thorough evaluation of his/her
current dental condition.
The cornerstone of our practice is the examination process. The exam
provides invaluable information about each patients teeth, gums, occlusion
(bite), joints, and soft tissues. We will perform with your permission:
- Diagnostic Digital X-rays (80% less radiation)
- Intraoral Photography
- Study models of your teeth and Jaws

By using a series of clear removable aligners, Invisalign straightens
your teeth right before your eyes. Change them about every 2 weeks,
your teeth will move—little by little, week by week—until
they have moved to the final position your orthodontist or dentist has
prescribed. Comfortable to wear, our aligners are also removable so
you can eat, drink, brush, and floss as usual.

It is my firm belief that all patients who come to this office want and deserve the finest dental care that can be provided. After years of experience in private practice, I know that problems can occur when money is involved. I feel that the best dental care can only be provided when definitive financial arrangements are agreed upon.
In our practice, the treatment is decided between the Dentist and
the patient, serving the best interest of the patient at all times regardless
of what is covered or not covered by one's insurance plan.
We currently only participate with the Delta Dental Premier Plan.
Co-payments and non-covered procedures are due at the time of service
for Delta Premier Plan members. What "Co-Payment" means is
that if your procedure was $1,000 and your insurance pays 60% you would
need to pay $400 at the time of service. For those of our patients that
do not participate with this plan we ask for payment in full at the
time of service and we will process your insurance claim for you and
make every effort to maximize your dental benefits. Upon receipt of
your claim your insurance company will send your rebate check directly
to you. We file claims on the day of your service electronically to
insure prompt processing and payment with your insurance carrier.
We can also help make your treatment more affordable by offering a variety of financing options, such as, 1 year, 0% interest and up to 6 years low interest, plans through Dental Fee Plan by Capital One and Unicorn Financial.
