As some of you may already be aware, Dr. Stephen Belmonte sold his practice in January 2009 to Doctors Kevin Skinner and William Ossakow, D.D.S. Doctors Skinner and Ossakow have a primary office in Centreville, Virginia and an additional office in Herndon, VA with Dr. James Hopkins, D.D.S. (see our website at centrevilledentist.com).

We have warmly welcomed Dr. Lily Rizberg who will be taking over the care of our patients. Dr. Rizberg is an excellent experienced dentist and we are lucky to have acquired her extensive training, up to date knowledge and superb dental skills. Dr. Rizberg obtained her bachelor’s degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado. She then continued her education at the University of Maryland where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She also completed her second doctorate degree in Integrative Medicine from Capital University in Washington, DC. Dr. Rizberg has advanced training in Invisalign, neuromuscular occlusion, bonding and veneers, and implantology and stays up to date on the latest advancements and technology in the dental field.

We ask that you schedule an appointment with us soon if you haven’t yet scheduled so that you can meet Dr. Rizberg yourself! Dr. Lily Rizberg We would like to introduce you to Dr. Lily Rizberg. Dr. Rizberg will be a great asset to our practice and we are excited about gaining her knowledge and expertise here in our Leesburg office. When not practicing dentistry she enjoys spending time with her two children, Amalia, 10, and Boris, 6, as well as traveling, reading, skiing, tennis, playing piano, and taking care of her two dogs, Chino and Remy. Dr. Rizberg will be seeing patients in our Leesburg location Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Christina Derosier Christina Derosier, Business Coordinator, has been in the field of dentistry for the past nine years. She joined the practice in August of 2004 bringing extensive knowledge and skills. Christina has over 9 years of dental experience and over 14 years in customer care. Hobbies include reading and music. Christina currently resides in Winchester, Virginia with her husband and two daughters. Her favorite aspect about the dental field is relationship building with our wonderful patients. Christina is dedicated to exceeding the quality of care you would expect.

Mary Licodo Mary started her career as a dental technician in 1989, after years of being a certified nursing assistant in Maryland. She currently resides in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia with one of her five children and her dog. When asked what she likes the most about her job she replies “that’s easy, our wonderful patients!”

By using a series of clear removable aligners, Invisalign straightens your teeth right before your eyes. After years of experience in private practice, I know that problems can occur when money is involved. I feel that the best dental care can only be provided when definitive financial arrangements are agreed upon in advance.

In our practice, the treatment is decided between the Dentist and the patient, serving the best interest of the patient at all times regardless of what is covered or not covered by ones insurance plan.

Our office accepts all PPO insurance plans. Most plans do not require a co-pay for preventive and diagnostic services. Co-pays for restorative procedures are collected at the time of service, with the balance billed to your insurance company. We also honor negotiated contract fees for the following plans: Cigna, Delta Dental, METLIFE, and United Healthcare.

(Plans that pay on a fee schedule determined by your employer, Anthem, and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans require full payment at the time of service. We will still file your claim and you will be reimbursed by your insurance company. Due to the structure of these plans we are unable to calculate co-payments and accept reimbursement.)
